Our regular training workshops are centred on the Women’s Empowerment & Community Consensus (WECC) framework (Link to WECC). Each workshop adds incrementally to the level of skills of the participants where their own experiences and feed back become part of the training methodology. We constantly expand our training material to reflect real life situations, cultural specificity and the local context.
Our methodology reflects Rainbo’s values where trainees end up being trainers and facilitators in future workshops. We aim to build enough local skills for the training to become independent and in the local language.
